Hikvision to Showcase Surveillance Solutions at World Game Protection Conference
Hikvision’s vertical business development team will showcase its latest surveillance solutions at the 13th annual World Game Protection Conference(WGPC) held at Bally’s Las Vegas from March 12-15, 2018.
“The world has changed and the conference has refocused its content to address these changes. Game protection is just one part of an overall approach to security which not only includes the games, but the property, the employees, and the customers as well,” said WGPC program director Willy Allison in a WGPC press release.
Now in its 13th year, the conference and expo caters to casino asset protection professionals, and features multiple education sessions and an exhibit hall.
“We’re excited to present our solutions to the gaming industry at WGPC,” said Scott Bartlett, Hikvision’s business development manager for casino gaming. “Technologies such as Hikvision’s TurboHD line enable casinos to improve surveillance quality without touching their existing cable infrastructure, providing cost savings and an incentive to upgrade aging systems. And, for casinos that upgrade to IP infrastructure, Hikvision’s H.265+ technology offers more efficient compression to reduce storage requirements.”
