Hikvision was recognized as a top emerging physical security vendor in 2017 by Ingram Micro, which recently awarded the Hikvision North America team the Best Emerging Vendor award.
“We are recognizing Hikvision as the top emerging vendor in 2017 for their continued collaboration and commitment to growth. Since the start of our partnership, Hikvision has set Ingram up for success and continues to invest in marketing programs to help our business grow,” said Shadi Tefagh, vendor business manager - advanced solutions at Ingram Micro. “In 2017 they increased marketing investments by 98 percent and helped to achieve YOY sales growth of 385 percent.”
This award is the result of Hikvision delivering great service and business growth across multiple partner-facing Micro Ingram divisions, Tefagh added.
“Receiving the 2017 Physical Security Emerging Vendor award was an unexpected acknowledgement of the progress we’ve made and reflects the commitment that Ingram Micro has shown Hikvision,” said Tom Burns, Hikvision director of IT partner channels. “Starting up a new distribution relationship requires significant focus and commitment by both partners. Hikvision is very appreciative of the partnership with Ingram Micro and we look forward to continued success.”
