Hikvision Cybersecurity Director to Present at PSA TEC 2018
Hikvision’s director of cybersecurity, Chuck Davis, will host the education session “The Age of Cybersecurity: Changing Roles and Expectations” at the PSA TEC conference in Denver March 12-16, 2018.
In the session, Davis will review the current state of cybersecurity in the physical security industry and explore how cybersecurity risks have affected the partnership between integrators, end users and manufacturers. Integrators will learn best practices to reduce threats, vulnerabilities and potential hacks, and leave with a checklist to use with manufacturer partners and end user clients.
Davis, a former executive security architect from IBM, is leading the cybersecurity program for Hikvision North America in conjunction with the Hikvision Security Lab at Hikvision headquarters, overseeing all internal and external cybersecurity initiatives and programs in the region.
Other conference highlights include dozens of educations sessions and certification courses across multiple tracks including cybersecurity, technical, audio-visual, management and operations. A keynote presentation, speaker to be announced, will deliver opening remarks over breakfast on Tuesday, March 13, 2017.
TEC is an education and networking event for professional systems integrators held by PSA Security Network, one of the world’s largest system integrator cooperatives.
Hikvision USA Inc. is proud to be a sponsor for PSA TEC 2018.
