Hikvision’s Vertical-Focused Team Showcases Surveillance Technology at California Education Conference
Hikvision showcased its latest video surveillance solutions at the AEC (annual education conference) and trade show hosted by the California School Boards Association (CSBA), held Nov. 30 - Dec. 2, 2017 in San Diego.
Hikvision highlighted surveillance technology tailored to the education market at its exhibit booth. “We showcased the Hikvision TurboHD surveillance line, which is great for schools because it delivers high definition camera resolution and power over their existing cabling infrastructure, saving them money versus upgrading to IP,” said Michael Brown, Hikvision’s business developer manager for the education vertical. “Our HikCentral Centralized Management Software also helps education end users by allowing them to centrally manage and monitor multiple cameras and recorders across the school’s security network.”
AEC is an annual conference hosted by CSBA that provides learning opportunities, training sessions, and professional development. CSBA is a nonprofit education association that represents the elected officials who govern public school districts and county offices of education throughout the state of California.
