Technology Road Show 2017: Hikvision Demos New Surveillance Technology with Cloud Partner in North Carolina
In conjunction with technology partner Camcloud, members of Hikvision USA Inc.’s Southeast team demonstrated the latest Hikvision surveillance solutions at its Technology Road Show held at the US National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, N.C. on Dec. 13, 2017.
“The Southeast Team has placed a big focus on conducting Technology Road Shows in the Southeast region. It’s a great opportunity to demonstrate technology to and conduct seminars for our customer base,” said Scott Stone, Southeast senior sales manager for Hikvision. “We continuously work to make improvements based on feedback we receive. Moving into 2018, we hope to start incorporating CEU accredited seminars while continuing to showcase Hikvision’s powerful technologies.”
Attended by integrators and end user partners from more than 15 companies, Hikvision led classes on topics such as “Identifying and Understanding Critical Infrastructure Opportunities,” “Introduction to Thermal Surveillance” and “Hikvision & Camcloud Integration.” The team highlighted thermal solutions, PTZ security cameras and the Hikvision PanoVu panoramic view surveillance camera.
The Hikvision team also showcased new Hikvision access control technology and HikCentral Centralized Management Software, which allows users to centrally manage and monitor multiple cameras and recorders across a security network.
Dates for upcoming Southeast region road shows in 2018 will be announced soon.
