In booth #311 in the exhibit hall Hikvision will showcase its security technology, including its 4 MP Outdoor Varifocal Dome and Turret IP Cameras rated for cold-weather applications. The Hikvision DS-2CD2745FWD-ISZS dome camera offers EXIR 2.0 infrared illumination up to 30 meters (100 ft.) and can operate in weather conditions from negative 30 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius (-22 F to 140 F). Hikvision’s DS-2CD5546G0-IZHS dome camera offers DarkFighter technology for viewing and recording in ultra-low light conditions and can operate in weather conditions from negative 40 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius (-40 F to 140 F). Hikvision’s 4 MP DS-2CD2H45FWD-IZS Outdoor Turret IP Camera features a varifocal lens, built-in infrared illumination, and records up to 30 frames per second. All models provide high definition output and feature H.265+ video compression for bandwidth and storage savings.
“At Security Canada East, our sales team has the opportunity to engage regional customers and highlight our video surveillance products and how Hikvision can provide a solution for their client’s security problems. Our scalable centralized management system, HikCentral, allows organizations to manage single or multiple-site video surveillance systems from a central location. HikCentral offers ease of use along with analytics such as human and vehicle detection, people counting, point-of of-sale integration, and system health monitoring,” said Lorne Terry, Hikvision Canada sales director. “HikCentral is a robust platform that also supports budget-conscious end users,” he added.
The 8 MP PanoVu panoramic camera will also be featured at the Hikvision Canada booth. Hikvision PanoVu cameras process and stitch multiple images together for high-resolution panoramic views and work well for wide-area coverage applications such as warehouses, schools, retail stores, and parking facilities.
