Hikvision Canada Sponsors Security Canada Atlantic, Will Highlight Thermal and TurboHD Surveillance Technology, Cybersecurity Programs
Hikvision Canada Inc. is a national sponsor of the event, and will highlight its thermal and TurboHD surveillance technology, and cybersecurity programs, at Security Canada Atlantic being held at the Casino New Brunswick in New Brunswick, Canada on Sept. 12, 2018.
Security Canada Atlantic, one of Canada’s largest security shows, is produced by the Canadian Security Association (CANASA). CANASA is a non-profit founded in 1977 that advocates, educates and provides leadership to Canadian security professionals. The annual event provides the regional Hikvision team the opportunity to meet decision makers and industry professionals, and present them with cost-effective solutions such as TurboHD and industry-leading thermal surveillance cameras.
In booth #TT202, Hikvision will showcase its DS-2TD2136-25 Thermal Network Bullet Camera which delivers affordable perimeter detection in demanding application. The high sensitivity sensor has 640 x 512 resolution and contrast adjustment for optimized images. AGC (automatic gain control), 3D DNR (dynamic noise reduction), and Dynamic Detail Enhancement further enhance image quality. This camera also features advanced fire detection and a wide range of smart functions, including temperature exception, line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and exit, temperature exception, and advanced fire detection.
The Hikvision team will also showcase the DS-2CE56H1T-AITZ 5 MP HD Motorized VF EXIR Dome Surveillance Camera, which uses existing coaxial cabling to deliver high-resolution imagery, and offer a hybrid solution that supports both analog and IP cameras.
Hikvision’s recent cybersecurity initiatives will also be highlighted, including its dedicated cybersecurity hotline for partners, its Source Code Transparency Center, and its online Cybersecurity Center that includes online firmware updates.
The annual Security Canada Atlantic event features the keynote “Engaging the Next Generation on Cutting-Edge Safety Culture Issues, Including Cannabis Legalization,” various Manufacturer Training Sessions, an Expo Hall, and a closing cocktail reception.
