Hikvision Canada Sponsors Security Canada Central, Will Highlight Thermal and TurboHD Surveillance Technology, Cybersecurity Programs
Hikvision Canada Inc. is a national sponsor of the event, and will highlight its thermal and TurboHD surveillance technology, and cybersecurity programs, at Security Canada Central being held at the Toronto Congress Centre in Toronto, Ontario on Oct. 24-25, 2018.
Security Canada Central is produced by the Canadian Security Association (CANASA), a non-profit that advocates, educates and provides leadership to Canadian security professionals. The annual event provides the regional Hikvision team the opportunity to meet decision makers and industry professionals, and present Hikvision’s industry-leading TurboHD and thermal surveillance cameras.
In booth #715, Hikvision will showcase its DS-2TD2136-25 Thermal Network Bullet Camera, which delivers affordable perimeter detection in demanding applications. The high sensitivity sensor has 640 x 512 resolution and contrast adjustment for optimized images. AGC (automatic gain control), 3D DNR (dynamic noise reduction), and Dynamic Detail Enhancement further enhance image quality. This camera also features advanced fire detection and a wide range of smart functions, including temperature exception, line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and exit, and temperature exception.
The Hikvision team will also showcase its DS-2CE56H1T-AITZ 5 MP HD Motorized VF EXIR Dome Surveillance Camera, which uses existing coaxial cabling to deliver high-resolution imagery, providing a hybrid solution that supports both analog and IP cameras.
Hikvision’s Canadian team will highlight recent cybersecurity initiatives that support partners, such as the dedicated cybersecurity hotline and the Source Code Transparency Center.
The annual Security Canada Central event will feature the keynote “The Future Is Not What It Used To Be,” multiple Manufacturer Training Sessions, an Expo Hall, and Education Flash Sessions.
