Hikvision to Exhibit PanoVu Multi-Sensor Panoramic Surveillance Technology at Campus Safety West
Hikvision Will Highlight Surveillance Technology and Cybersecurity Initiatives at Los Angeles Security Conference
Hikvision is sponsoring, and will highlight multi-sensor panoramic surveillance technology as well as recent cybersecurity initiatives, at the Campus Safety West conference being held at the Hilton Pasadena from July 30 – Aug. 1, 2018 in Pasadena, Calif.
Campus Safety West is the last in a series of three Campus Safety Conferences (CSC) held this summer. Each conference was a two-day intensive designed for administrators, public officials, technology directors and others to exchange ideas and best practices to reduce security concerns on school, university and healthcare campuses.
The event is an opportunity for Hikvision’s regional team to meet and interact with decision makers, and highlight Hikvision technology solutions that are tailored to meet the needs of K-12, higher education, healthcare, and other campus environments.
At table #4 in the exhibit hall, Hikvision will showcase PanoVu multi-sensor 360° panoramic surveillance cameras, which provide panoramic, high resolution video and images with up to 360-degree views, and extended EXIR technology for high quality images even in the dark. Also on display will be a monitor demonstrating Hikvision’s turnstile functionality with facial recognition. The turnstile uses deep learning algorithms to perform facial recognition using a terminal-captured or uploaded photo.
Recent cybersecurity initiatives will be highlighted, including the Hikvision cybersecurity hotline, the Source Code Transparency Center, and online partner resources such as the cybersecurity center and online firmware updates.
