Hikvision to Feature TurboHD, H.265 Compression Technology at Canadian Gaming Summit
Hikvision’s North American gaming vertical team will feature TurboHD, H.265 compression and other innovative surveillance technology at the Canadian Gaming Summit, which will be held at the Scotiabank Convention Center June 18-20, 2018, in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
In the exhibit hall, Hikvision will showcase its TurboHD product line, which allows casinos to improve camera resolution without changing cabling infrastructure, saving them money while improving surveillance quality. Hikvision’s H.265 technology is an industry-leading compression technology that reduces bandwidth and storage requirements.
The Hikvision team will also highlight affordable monitor wall configurations that enable monitors to function individually or be scaled as needed to view one camera over the entire wall or on an individual monitor, delivering viewing flexibility. The gaming vertical can also benefit from Hikvision’s cost-effective CVR storage, a high-capacity SAN (Storage Area Network) device, which provides large amounts of storage within a small space.
The Canadian Gaming Summit is an annual conference for gaming professionals that consists of eight educational tracks in categories such as gaming operations, technology and innovation, compliance, and specialty presentations. It will also host an exhibit hall, a kick-off event at Margaritaville, and various keynote presentations.
