Hikvision Features Surveillance and Deep Learning K-12 Technology at Georgia Conference, Offers Range of Solutions to Reduce Vulnerability in Education-Based Security Systems
Hikvision Education Vertical-Focused Surveillance Solutions Highlighted in GAMEIS Conference Exhibit Hall
Hikvision is showcasing its vertical-focused surveillance and deep learning solutions this week at the Georgia Association of Managers of Educational Information Systems (GAMEIS) conference, which is being held at the Savannah Trade and Convention Center in Savannah, Ga.
“The GAMEIS show is a tremendous opportunity for our southeast regional team to meet and interact with decision makers, and highlight Hikvision technology solutions that are tailored to meet the needs of the K-12 education market,” said Scott Stone, Hikvision’s director of sales for the southeast region. Stone added that Hikvision’s extensive focus on cybersecurity solutions for partners is an added value for education end users.
In the exhibit hall, the Hikvision team will showcase the breadth of surveillance and deep learning technology, including facial recognition, multi-sensor cameras, access control and video intercom solutions. The Hikvision S-KH8301-WT Indoor Video Intercom Station with 7-inch Touch Screen provides hands-free, audio visual communication between the door and the master station, and automatically uploads alarm messages to the master station, client software or app. Paired with Hikvision’s DS-KV8X02-IM Metal Villa Door Station, which can integrate with Hikvision NVRs by sending alarm notifications to it, and supporting NVR recording and playback, this system offers flexibility and an affordable feature set packed with technology.
Part of the Smart Pro Series, Hikvision’s Multi-Sensor PanoVu model DS-2CD6924F-IS is an 8 MP panoramic with PTZ surveillance camera featuring an IP67 rating, progressive scan CMOS sensor, smart features, and DarkFighter technology for excellent image quality even in low light conditions. Hikvision will also display the Multi-Sensor PanoVu model DS-2CD6D24FWD-Z, an 8 MP surveillance camera with progressive scan CMOS sensor featuring an IP67 rating and IK-10 for vandal resistance. Multi-sensor cameras offer greater situational awareness with more extensive image capture, and ease of viewing can improve operational efficiency while offering cost-effective solutions with high-quality imagery for education end users.
Hikvision surveillance and deep learning technology offers a range of solutions to reduce education-based security systems vulnerability, and improve functionality of surveillance with innovative, affordable solutions.
GAMEIS was established in 1982 and hosts its annual conference to provide a forum for information technology best practices, solutions and ideas geared toward leaders of public school systems across Georgia.
