Hikvision Launches New Ad Campaign “Focused on Your Success,” Highlights Video Interview of Six Employees on How They Support Hikvision Customer Success
Hikvision launched its “Focused On Your Success” marketing campaign during ISC West week April 9-12, 2019. The advertising campaign highlights Hikvision’s diverse and dedicated North American team, and features six Hikvision employees discussing their jobs and how they endeavor to help Hikvision customers succeed. The advertising campaign includes print media, featured quotes on Hikvision’s Instagram account, as well as individual video interviews with each employee, posted on LinkedIn, and featured on Hikvision USA’s YouTube channel.
Featured employees hail from various Hikvision North America regions and fulfill diverse roles within the organization. Here is the list:
- Juan Campos, system design specialist, Canada
- Marissa Muniz, warehouse administrator
- Andrew Reyes, sales operations lead
- Barry Paisley, regional sales manager, Canada
- Andronicus Turner, inside sales representative
- Christy Bauswell, vertical leader, retail and healthcare
During the interviews, employees talked about how they help customers succeed, and several mentioned the personal and professional satisfaction they get from working together with a dynamic and extensive team of employees and partners. Hikvision inside sales representative Andronicus Turner said in the campaign: “I have an opportunity to make a difference every day, to help people and make communities safer.”
The campaign was created inhouse by the Hikvision marketing department. “Our new campaign ‘Focused On Your Success’ centers on our dedication to provide unprecedented support to our customers, a corporate value we are very proud of. We created a segment of the campaign called ‘We Are Hikvision’ featuring several Hikvision employees across multiple departments, and invited them to share stories about their journey throughout their careers and provide insight into what motivates them each day,” said Manny Gonzalez, Hikvision’s senior creative manager. “It was important that these stories were real and unscripted. We work tirelessly for our customers with integrity and sincerity to ensure they have a positive experience and continue to realize success with Hikvision. This can only be achieved by the efforts of Hikvision team members across all levels of the company. I truly believe the essence of Hikvision and the spirit of our employees shines through in each video feature.”
