Hikvision to Showcase Commercial Real Estate Solutions at BOMA 2019
Join Hikvision June 23-24 at the BOMA (building owners and managers association) International Annual Conference & Expo taking place at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Hikvision team will be showcasing its security solutions for commercial real estate in the exhibit hall at booth #102.
BOMA is the annual global conference for building owners and property managers, which features education sessions, keynote speakers, an expo hall, and various networking opportunities.
Hikvision’s commercial real estate solutions offer an integrated approach to security and a broad portfolio of products to provide reliability, ease-of-use, and affordability. Built to address property management challenges, Hikvision security systems are designed to address parking safety and security, security guard supervision, and improve upon outdated legacy systems.
The team will showcase HikCentral, Hikvision’s centralized management software, which delivers a central integration point for critical security subsystems and building automation systems. It also provides multiple points of access to aggregate information from remote locations using laptops and smartphones. HikCentral enhances many advanced features that are important to commercial real estate managers such as video analytics that reduce false alarms, and more accurately detect humans and vehicles.
Hikvision commercial real estate solutions cover broad area surveillance from the main lobby and security desk to elevators, loading docks, and parking garages. Specialized solutions such as people counting cameras can accurately count people entering and exiting an area, helping you to determine patterns and times when parts of the building are unoccupied. Your building automation system can use this information to reduce lighting and perform a temperature setback.
Hikvision provides innovative technology with better value using solutions such as TurboHD (HD over coax) to upgrade to HD video without the costs associated with replacing existing cable infrastructure. And, H.265+ video compression technology reduces video bitrate streaming between 60 to 80 percent over the current H.264 industry standard. H.265+ lowers network bandwidth usage and minimizes storage requirements, leading to significant cost savings and better quality video transmissions over limited bandwidth.
