Hikvision Canada to Showcase Security Technology, Award Winning Thermal-Optical Turret Camera, at 7th Annual Manitoba Building Expo
Hikvision Canada will showcase its latest security technology, including its award winning thermal-optical DeepinView turret camera, at the 7th annual Manitoba Building Expo taking place on Tuesday, Oct. 29 in Winnipeg at the Victoria Inn and Convention Centre in Manitoba, Canada.
At Booth #121 in the exhibit hall, the Hikvision Canada team will showcase its latest security technology including AcuSense cameras, which precisely sense human and vehicle movement versus non-human objects such as rain, animals and leaves, providing effective intrusion detection and a reduction in false alarms. The Hikvision DS-2CD2346G1-I/SL 2.8mm lens Indoor AcuSense Fixed Turret Camera will be highlighted at the booth, which supports H.265+ video compression for bandwidth and storage savings, as well as smart features such as line crossing and intrusion detection. The SL model also features strobe light and an audio alarm message to enhance deterrence. Once a potential intruder has been accurately detected, the AcuSense camera triggers the built-in strobe light and audio alarm designed to warn the intruder before they act.
The team will also showcase the Hikvision DS-2CD2347G1-L(U) ColorVu Outdoor Fixed Turret Camera that features an ƒ/1.0 lens aperture for maximum light gathering to provide full color imaging in extremely dark settings. Hikvision ColorVu imaging technology delivers vivid, full-color images and video around the clock, even in zero-light environments, by using a high-performance sensor, a large iris, and gentle supplemental lighting.
Hikvision’s DS-2TD1217-6/V1 Thermal-Optical DeepinView Network Turret Camera with 6 mm lens will be on display. The 3 mm lens version was a winner of the recent 2019 ESX Innovation Award. This thermal-optical series is a low-cost, small, thermal-optical (160×120, 1920×1080 resolution) turret camera system, available with 2/3/6 mm thermal lens options, including deep learning and GPU-powered video content analysis for efficient perimeter defense, fire prevention, and predictive maintenance with best-in-class image quality at half the price of the Hikvision predecessor.
