Hikvision Canada Showcases Retail Solutions at Ontario Conference
Hikvision recently featured its retail surveillance solutions at the Retail Council of Canada Loss Prevention 2017 (RCCLP), Canada’s leading retail loss prevention conference, held on September 19, 2017 at The International Centre in Ontario.
A Hikvision People Counter intelligent network camera, 6MP Fisheye camera and embedded Plug & Play NVR were some of the tailored retail solutions Hikvision showcased at the conference.
Opening remarks by president and chief executive officer of the RCC Diane J. Brisebois, a message from Police Chief Mark Saunders of the Toronto Police Service, and multiple sessions on topics including fraud, organized crime, ecommerce security concerns, mining data to limit vulnerabilities in shrinkage, and others related to retail loss prevention were highlights of the day. RCCLP hosted an all-day exhibit hall displaying Canada’s leading retail solutions providers and closed the event with a networking reception.
As part of its commitment to retailers of all sizes, including global retail chains, Hikvision was an event-level sponsor and an exhibitor at the show. Hikvision’s smart solutions such as people counting, customer behavior analysis and POS integration provide an immediate ROI for retailers.
